I was very anxious and have been going through a very stressful time in my life, I started taking A2X and I was able to sleep through the night and it also helped me get through the day. I was able to cope with my situation easier. I started taking 2 a day,now I only use 1 a day and I will keep taking it as long as it helps me. I also recommended it to my son who suffered with anxiety, and it also helped him sleep where he sometimes went days without getting a decent sleep.
